The data entered into the GÖÇMOBİL are stored on encrypted servers in a way that only you can see. They are processed and shared in accordance with the articles specified in the Clarification Text of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data by the Presidency of Migration Management.
Your personal data are stored in encrypted form only in databases specific to you.
Phone Usage Permissions; the permissions required for the shortcut calling process in our application must be provided by you. This permission granted is used only in making YIMER 157 and emergency calls registered in the application. In addition, phone calls can be made by accessing the contact information of the institutions registered in the City Guide.
Internet Usage Permissions; are the required permissions to send data from our application to encrypted servers and the users must grant these permissions. These permissions are not used to transfer information from your phone against your will. The internet access permission granted is only used for the transfer of data and photos added to the forms you will fill out in the application.
Camera Usage; the use of the camera in our Mobile Application is only required for the foreigners who are subject to the obligation to notify through the application to make a notification and for the identification card. These images are open to the access of the Presidency of Migration Management.
Location Usage; the Presidency of Migration Management may use or save location information to provide faster service to users interacting with the GÖÇMOBİL Application.
Presidency of Migration Management of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye, will always show due diligence and sensitivity to publish quality and useful applications. However, we make no commitment that the content in our applications will meet your expectations, be useful to you, or contain absolutely accurate information. We present the applications as they are. For this reason, you agree that you cannot hold the Presidency of Migration Management of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye responsible for any negative situation that may arise from our applications.
Presidency of Migration Management of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye, makes the necessary efforts to take all possible measures regarding the security of these applications and fulfills its obligations under the Google Play Developer Program Policies agreement. Nevertheless; the internet and digital environments are not sufficiently secure areas. Therefore, we do not guarantee that we will provide you with a service that is one hundred percent safe.
Our apps are only available in Google Play Store and iOS App Store. In the event that these applications are available in another android or iOS store without our knowledge, Presidency of Migration Management of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye cannot be held responsible for the installations to be made from there.
All kinds of copyrights related to all content consisting of audio, written and visual elements and software in these applications belong to the Presidency of Migration Management of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye. You agree that you will not take any action such as copying, reproducing, republishing, disassembling, re-publicizing, etc. any of our applications or the copyrighted content of these applications.
